Brecciated Jasper Copper Feather Pendant

Evidence that hidden gems surround us, this brecciated jasper with quartz was found in the artist’s front yard, while weeding, nestled into a bed of river rock.

Cut into two pieces, this half was cut into a Freeform cabochon, set into a handmade copper setting, and oxidized with liver of sulphur to blacken the metal. Unsealed, with an option to treat the metal to prevent skin reactions upon request. Please choose that option when purchasing.
